I have completed 200hrs yoga teacher training course in International Yoga Organization. As a working woman and a mother of toddler which limits my available time. Neelima mam at Kayakalp Academy was incredibly accommodating, arranging classes to fit my schedule and patiently repeating instructions whenever needed.
