I have completed 200hrs yoga teacher training course in International Yoga Organization. As a working woman and a mother of toddler which limits my available time. Neelima mam at Kayakalp Academy was incredibly accommodating, arranging classes to fit my schedule and patiently repeating instructions whenever needed. Yoga helped me to come out of anxiety postpartum depression and helps to lead a peaceful life. I am deeply Grateful to all my gurus, Neelima mam and IYO.
